Microsoft 365 Email Send

Send アクションは、フローからのメッセージをMicrosoft 365 経由でメールとして送信します。Microsoft 365 Email Send コネクタは、Arc フローの末尾に配置します。コネクタのAction タブで、次の設定を行います。

設定	説明
宛先	受信者のメールアドレスをセミコロン区切りで指定したリストです。識別子やタイムスタンプなどの情報を動的に含めるために、マクロを使用できます。
Cc	メッセージをCc するメールアドレスをセミコロン区切りで指定したリストです。
Bcc	メッセージをBcc するメールアドレスをセミコロン区切りで指定したリストです。
件名	送信するメールの件名です。識別子やタイムスタンプなどの情報を動的に含めるために、マクロを使用できます。
Send Message As	フローに届いたファイルをメールの本文にする（デフォルト）か、添付ファイルにするかを指定します。Microsoft Graph は1回の送信リクエストを4 MB に制限しているため、それより大きいファイルは添付できません。
Body Type	メッセージ本文をHTML（デフォルト）として送信するか、プレーンテキストとして送信するかを指定します。

The following settings appear on the Advanced tab:

Setting	Description
Send As	Sends the email as another user or shared mailbox. Under AzureAD, this requires the delegated Mail.Send.Shared permission. Under the app-only schemes, it requires the Mail.Send application permission plus Send As rights granted on the target mailbox by an Exchange administrator.
Send On Behalf Of	Sends the email on behalf of another user. Recipients see both the sender and the mailbox the message was sent from.
