What static IP addresses does Cloud use?

Cloud uses a range of static IP addresses to communicate with external data sources. To ensure that Cloud can reach external servers in more restricted environments, you might need to whitelist the following static IP addresses.

How can I enable SFTP Server or OFTP Server support in my instance?

For security reasons, the ports for SFTP Server and OFTP Server are not enabled by default. To request that one or both of these servers be enabled for your instance, please reach out to arcsupport@cdata.com.

Is it possible to change the time zone that the server uses?

Yes, please reach out to arcsupport@cdata.com to request that a different time zone be configured for your instance.

Which connectors are not available in Cloud?

A few connectors in the on-premise version of are not available in Cloud. These are:
  • API
  • Database
  • CData
  • File
  • FTP Server
  • HL7 MLLP
  • TCP Server

Are there currently any known Cloud service outages?
