# Microsoft 365 Email Send

> Send email through Microsoft 365 at the end of an Arc flow.

The Send action sends messages from the flow as email through Microsoft 365. The Microsoft 365 Email Send connector belongs at the end of an Arc [flow](https://docs.arc.cdata.com/26.4/cloud/en/flows/flows.md).

On the connector **Action** tab, configure the following settings:

| Setting | Description |
| - | - |
| **To** | A semicolon-separated list of recipient email addresses. Macros may be used to dynamically include information such as identifiers and timestamps. |
| **CC** | A semicolon-separated list of email addresses to copy on the message. |
| **BCC** | A semicolon-separated list of email addresses to blind-copy on the message. |
| **Subject** | The subject line of the outgoing email. Macros may be used to dynamically include information such as identifiers and timestamps. |
| **Send Message As** | Whether the file arriving in the flow becomes the body of the email (the default) or is attached to it. Microsoft Graph limits a single send request to 4 MB, so larger files cannot be attached. |
| **Body Type** | Whether the message body is sent as HTML (the default) or as plain text. |

The following settings appear on the [**Advanced** tab](https://docs.arc.cdata.com/26.4/cloud/en/connectors/ms365email/ms365email.md#advanced-tab):

<table><thead><tr><th>Setting</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead>
<tbody><tr><td>**Send As**</td><td>Sends the email as another user or shared mailbox. Under AzureAD, this requires the delegated **Mail.Send.Shared** permission. Under the app-only schemes, it requires the **Mail.Send** application permission plus Send As rights granted on the target mailbox by an Exchange administrator.</td></tr>
<tr><td>**Send On Behalf Of**</td><td>Sends the email on behalf of another user. Recipients see both the sender and the mailbox the message was sent from.</td></tr></tbody></table>
